How to buy?


 


In the Myyk24.ee e-shop you will find good-priced equipment and various products for both home and office - cheaply mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktops. The choice is large and shopping is easy, convenient and safe here.


 


When buying, first select the appropriate products from the e-shop, save them to the shopping cart and log in to the e-shop environment to receive the discount. When paying for the shopping cart, choose the delivery method, pay for the goods via a bank link or by credit card, and after payment, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" link. An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address to confirm the purchase.


 


How do I find products of interest?


To move to the first selection of products, you can make an e-shop from the header bar by selecting COMPUTERS, HOME AND GARDEN, EQUIPMENT, SMART EQUIPMENT, SECURITY EQUIPMENT, etc. and proceed to the sub-page of the selected topic. From the sub-page, in turn, you can move on to the product category of interest. You can also use the search box to find a suitable product by typing in a keyword or product name.


 


To learn more about the product, click on the picture, after which the product page will open with the necessary additional information. If the product suits you, it will be saved in the shopping cart. You can then continue to select other products or start making a purchase in the shopping cart.


 


How many goods can be ordered from the e-store at a time?


There are no such restrictions. If you order a lot of goods at once, it can be packed in several packages, but you can make it as a single order. Some products may have a limited number of products to purchase at one time.


 


How can I pay for purchases?


In our e-shop, you can buy products securely via the Swedbank bank link. You can also pay with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards. Payment data for purchases made in the Myyk24 e-store is always protected by SSL security and payments are made on the secure servers of the respective service provider.


All payment data, including payment link data, is mediated by the bank Maksekeskus AS.


 


Where can I order goods and how much does it cost?


When ordering from the Myyk24 e-shop, you can pick up the goods yourself at the Department Store, order the goods directly to the desired address using the Omniva and SmartPOST parcel machine or the Omniva and Smartpost courier service. The goods can be ordered from the e-shop to Estonia. The package can be ordered abroad by courier and regular mail.


 


When ordering Myyk24.ee products, the delivery fee is not added. The goods can be picked up at our office in Tallinn, Workshop 8.


 


On what basis are the goods issued on receipt?


When picking up the goods of the Myyk24 store, it is necessary to know the unique number of the order or invoice. We recommend that you bring the invoice received in the e-mail box to confirm the purchase, which you can submit both in printed form and by showing it from your mobile phone. At your request, another person to whom you have forwarded the invoice or invoice number may pick up the goods. The consignee must also present an identity document.


 


When ordering a parcel machine, a unique door code will be sent to your mobile phone to open the door. The touch screen of the parcel machine provides instructions for entering the code and opening the luggage compartment.


 


What happens if I can't pick up the goods right away?


If you have not picked up the goods within 14 calendar days or you do not receive them from the parcel machine within 7 calendar days, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the contract and we will refund you the purchase amount, but without postage. The money will be returned as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 calendar days to the same current account from which you paid for the purchase.


 


Can goods purchased from the e-store be returned?


Yes, you have the right to return the goods purchased from the e-store within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the goods are not defective. The returned goods must be in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Goods that by their nature cannot be returned (eg car chemistry, cosmetics, perfumes taken out of the package) are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.


 


What do I need to do to return the goods?


When returning the goods, fill in the columns "Return" or withdrawal form (the form of which can be found here) on the invoice delivery note received with the goods, indicating the products to be returned and their quantities and forward it to us together with the returned goods.


 


You can hand over the returned goods at the customer service counter in Myyk24 by preparing a return notice in advance or notifying the epoe's customer service by e-mail.


 


Is it possible to exchange goods if necessary?


Products cannot be exchanged in the same transaction. By finding a new and more suitable product in the e-shop, you can make a new purchase by paying for it. You can return non-compliant products to us within 14 days, then receive a refund.
